I never once batted an eye.

as sweet as can be.
I just
could not speak.
I kept you away.
You tried to push through.
You gave

I must admit that
it didn't feel right.
I think
I love you.
But you will never know.
I realize
it is
for the best.
I saw him try to court you.
He was not worthy.
None of
them will be.
I hope you were not
terribly upset,
when you
found his body,
mangled on the
dirty ground.
He needed to die.
He was not worthy.
You need
to stay chaste.
I consider it my duty
to keep the unworthy away.
They are
disgusting.
Sadly, I am unworthy
as well.
There is only one thing
to do.
